Job summary

Sheraton is seeking a Night Auditor / GSE to coordinate Front Office operations during shifts and ensure adherence to Marriott Standards. You will handle guest problems with support from Duty Managers, act swiftly to restore satisfaction, and ensure incidents are communicated to the Manager on Duty.

Role requires logging of maintenance issues, liaising with Housekeeping and other departments, and maintaining smooth resort operations while upholding safety and security practices.

Qualifications

• Coordinate Front Office operations during shift and ensure adherence to Standards and Procedures.
• Deal with problems and complaints with support of Duty Managers.
• Act to restore guest satisfaction.
• Notify Manager on Duty of incidents and liaise with Housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
• Log maintenance issues and communicate information to Resort Operations/General Manager.
