Colonial Group is seeking a Night Auditor to handle end-of-day accounting tasks and support guests with late-night inquiries. You will manage the night audit and front desk duties while coordinating with security to maintain a safe environment.

The role emphasizes independent work, flexibility to rotate shifts, and availability for weekends and public holidays to ensure a seamless guest experience around the clock.

Qualificações

• Experience in night audit or hotel accounts preferred.
• Ability to work without constant supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and guest-service focus.
• Willingness to work night shifts including weekends/public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Take charge of the reception desk duties and manage the night audit process, ensuring reports are accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with security to monitor building systems and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist the day team to ensure a seamless guest experience across day and night operations.
• Embrace night shifts from 11pm to 7am.
