Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Engineer III to maintain and scale its NG-SIEM serverless cell platform in Australia. This fully remote role involves ensuring health, performance, and reliability of large distributed systems, writing automation, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve incidents and improve the platform.

You will work with Go, Python and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes) and contribute to self-healing and scalable operations in a global security

Qualifications

• Degree in software engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of site reliability engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health, performance and reliability of LogScale cells.
• Upgrade clusters and services with controlled rollout strategies.
• Develop automation with Go, Python or similar.
• Write runbooks and incident reports for post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with product engineering and customer support on issues.
