BG&E in Newcastle is seeking a senior Newcastle Business Lead to shape and deliver growth in the built environments sector. You will work with the Regional Director in Sydney to build client relationships and identify opportunities across Newcastle and surrounds, guiding projects across buildings, bridges and transport while leveraging the Sydney office’s support.

You’ll be a hands-on leader with 15+ years in business development and client leadership, ideally with a civil or structural

• 15+ years in business development and client leadership.
• Strong understanding of the Newcastle market and established client relationships.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical action and growth opportunities.
