Le Mans Toyota is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join its New Vehicle Sales team in Melbourne. You will provide personalised service to guests, helping them find the right Toyota vehicle to suit their needs.

Responsibilities include generating sales from in-person, phone and online enquiries, maintaining vehicle knowledge, and liaising with admin and stock control through the sale process. A valid driver’s license and customer-focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/sales is advantageous
• Excellent customer service & communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license and clean police record

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with personalised service to find the right Toyota vehicle
• Create sales opportunities from enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and online
• Maintain strong knowledge of the Toyota vehicle range
