Job summary

Le Mans Toyota is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join its New Vehicle Sales team in Melbourne. You will provide personalised service to guests, helping them find the right Toyota vehicle to suit their needs.

Responsibilities include generating sales from in-person, phone and online enquiries, maintaining vehicle knowledge, and liaising with admin and stock control through the sale process. A valid driver’s license and customer-focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/sales is advantageous
• Excellent customer service & communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license and clean police record

We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a Sales Consultantto join our New Vehicle Sales team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible assisting guests with personalised service in finding the right Toyota vehicle that suits their needs.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Providing guests with a seamless experience that focuses on their needs and requirements, through outstanding customer service & communication skills
• Creating sales opportunities from customer enquiries acquired face-to-face, over the phone and online
• Maintaining excellent knowledge of the Toyota vehicle range
• Liaising with administrative support & stock control team members throughout the sale process

The successful applicant will:

• Motivation to achieve results through the ability to achieve targets and KPI's
• Ability to show initiative with the desire to take on new challenges
• Have a valid driver's license and clear Police Record
• Previous sales experience in automotive retail and/or sales experience (i.e. Real Estate, Marketing, etc.) is highly regarded/preferred
