Le Mans Toyota, part of the Peter Kittle Motor Group, is seeking a Sales Consultant for its New Vehicle Sales team. In this full-time role, you will assist guests with personalised service to identify the best Toyota vehicle for their needs.

Qualifications

• Motivation to achieve results through meeting targets and KPI's.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Have a valid driver's license and clear Police Record.
• Previous sales experience in automotive retail or related fields is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Provide guests with a seamless experience and personalised service to find the right Toyota vehicle.
• Create sales opportunities from enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and online.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Toyota vehicle range.
• Liaise with admin and stock control teams throughout the sale process.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a Sales Consultantto join our New Vehicle Sales team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible assisting guests with personalised service in finding the right Toyota vehicle that suits their needs.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Providing guests with a seamless experience that focuses on their needs and requirements, through outstanding customer service & communication skills
• Creating sales opportunities from customer enquiries acquired face-to-face, over the phone and online
• Maintaining excellent knowledge of the Toyota vehicle range
• Liaising with administrative support & stock control team members throughout the sale process

The successful applicant will:

• Motivation to achieve results through the ability to achieve targets and KPI's
• Ability to show initiative with the desire to take on new challenges
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Have a valid driver's license and clear Police Record
• Previous sales experience in automotive retail and/or sales experience (i.e. Real Estate, Marketing, etc.) is highly regarded/preferred
