Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Sydney's north-west is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the #GhandaGang in its new Rouse Hill store. You will oversee a team and drive Ghanda values to deliver a standout in-store experience.

You’ll manage rosters, stock levels, and reporting while maintaining exceptional visual standards and customer service. This role offers a 38-hour week with overtime penalties and a generous bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail context.
• Strong focus on customer-first service and fundamentals of retail.
• Experience in a retail/hospitality setting is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach & train a team of up to 15 members.
• Drive Ghanda values with the store team.
• Maintain high visual standards and brand guidelines for the store.
• Liaise with the stock allocator and manage stock levels to maximise floor space ROI.
• Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and team compliance.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
