Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Blacktown, NSW is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a team of up to 20, coaching and developing staff while driving Ghanda values and maintaining brand-standard store presentation.

You will liaise with the Stock Allocator, manage stock levels, and independently handle rosters, sales reports, and compliance to maximise performance and customer satisfaction.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
