Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Barwon Terrace, VIC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the #GhandaGang on the shop floor. You will coach a team of up to 15, drive Ghanda values, and ensure store presentation aligns with our visual merchandising guidelines.

This role rewards hands-on leadership, customer-first service, and active involvement in stock planning, roster management and team development across a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience leading a team
• Customer-first approach with strong retail fundamentals
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
