OTR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Victoria to support day-to-day store operations, lead a small team and ensure outstanding customer service. The role includes rostering, stock management, and reporting while upholding health and safety policies.

The successful candidate will bring leadership experience in retail/hospitality, excellent communication, and a passion for developing others. Flexible hours apply with weekend shifts possible.

OTR – Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.

Availability Requirements

The successful candidate should have flexible availability but be willing to commit to the following core hours each week:

• Monday: 7:00 - 15:00
• Tuesday: 7:00 - 15:00
• Wednesday: 7:00 - 15:00
• Thursday: 7:00 - 15:00
• Friday: 14:00 - 22:00
