Job summary

Singh Homes in Melbourne is seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant to manage high volume leads, respond to inquiries, and close sales for custom homes across South East Melbourne. You will build relationships with land developers, real estate agents and local providers, prepare quotations and sales documentation, and drive revenue targets with a proactive, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in New Homes Sales, preferably with custom builds.
• Experience working with computers and IT software.
• Full unrestricted Australian Working rights.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume leads and follow up customer queries to achieve sales targets.
• Provide customers with a first-class experience and exceed service expectations.
• Develop and maintain a network of industry partners (land developers, real estate agents, local providers).
• Prepare quotations and sales documentation for clients and ensure accurate, timely execution.
• Generate leads and convert them into opportunities; contact potential customers via phone, email and face-to-face.
• Work on KPIs and revenue targets set by the sales manager; arrange meetings to demonstrate products.
• Negotiate prices and close sales; identify new business opportunities in the market.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers; complete sales administration.
• Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell and improve outcomes.
