Job summary

Singh Homes in Melbourne is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our expanding team in North Melbourne. You will manage high volume leads, respond to customer queries, and drive sales while building strong relationships with developers, agents and local communities.

You will prepare quotations, handle sales documentation and pursue growth opportunities in the Victorian market. A proactive communicator with a solid 3+ years in new homes sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Energetic, customer focused and self motivated personality.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in New Homes Sales industry, experience in custom builds are preferred.
• Experience working with computers and a range of IT software.
• Full unrestricted Australian Working rights.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume leads, follow up customer queries and achieve sales targets.
• Provide customers with a first-class experience and exceed service expectations.
• Develop and maintain a network of industry partners (land developers, real estate agents, local community providers).
• Prepare quotations and sales documentation for clients and ensure timely execution of sales documents.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities; contact potential customers via phone, email and face-to-face.
• Work with KPI’s and revenue targets set by the sales manager; arrange meetings to demonstrate products.
• Negotiate prices and close sales; identify opportunities for new business within the market.
