Job summary

Henley Homes in Melbourne is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant for our Completed Homes team. This commission-based role focuses on consulting with clients, building relationships, generating opportunities and closing deals across Melbourne's growth corridors.

You will bring proven sales experience in real estate, a licence and certificates, and a passion for service excellence. Weekends are required, and you will travel across the West and surrounding suburbs to showcase our completed home

Qualifications

• Real estate sales experience, preferably in new homes or property industry.
• Must have Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate and Real Estate licence.
• Construction induction (White card) and First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult clients to determine needs and provide accurate information on completed homes.
• Generate leads and follow up with customers.
• Conduct open homes and private inspections.
• Deliver exceptional service and actively engage with clients.
• Follow Henley sales procedures and contribute to team success.
• Travel within Melbourne’s growth corridors, primarily the West.
