G.J. Gardner Homes Toowoomba is seeking a results-driven New Homes Consultant to guide buyers through our plan range, land options, and site assessments across the Toowoomba region.

You’ll work with a structured sales system, enjoy an escalating commission, and partner with hands-on franchise owners, with solid coaching and CRM support to turn inquiries into completed builds.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in target-driven sales.
• Ability to follow an established, high-converting sales process.
• Strong listening skills to build trust with families making major investments.
• Comfort navigating modern CRM software and online platforms.
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Consult with home buyers through our plan range, land package options, and site assessments across the Toowoomba region.
• Nurture inbound leads, maintain prompt communication, and manage your sales funnel using our digital CRM tools.
• Follow the established G.J. sales framework from preliminary agreement through to signed contract.
• Conduct structured client meetings from our office, at on-site locations, and upcoming display facilities.
• Work closely with estimating, drafting, and office management teams to transition proposals into builds.

• Pipeline Management: Nurture inbound leads, maintain prompt communication, and manage your sales funnel methodically using our digital CRM tools.




• Process Discipline: Follow our established G.J. sales framework, guiding clients efficiently from preliminary agreement through to signed contract.




• Site & Office Consultations: Conduct structured client meetings from our office, on-site locations, and upcoming display facilities.




• Internal Teamwork: Work closely with our estimating, drafting, and office management teams to transition client proposals smoothly into construction builds.

What You’ll Bring

• Sales Drive & Attitude: Demonstrated track record in target-driven sales - whether in new home sales, real estate, automotive, or high-ticket service industries.




• Process & Accountability: Ability to follow an established, high-converting sales process without getting bogged down in unnecessary administrative re-work.
