Job summary

Plantation Homes in Redland Bay is seeking a motivated New Home Associate to support clients through their home-building journey. You’ll gain practical experience with training and mentoring, covering sales, design, customer service and operations within a growing residential builder in South East Queensland.

You’ll be part of a supportive team, with structured development pathways into a New Home Consultant role, exposure to design options, quotes and client communications.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in property, design and helping people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset for sales.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is valued.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the home-building journey from inquiry to planned build with head office collaboration.
• Build product knowledge across home designs, inclusions, and land options.
• Assist in preparing quotes and sales documentation.
• Foster relationships with clients, developers and internal teams.
• Maintain presentation standards in display homes and client interactions.
