Coral Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant for our Queensland team. Based at Providence Display in South Ripley, you’ll guide prospects through the homebuilding journey, present Coral Homes’ value, and convert leads into sales.

You will be proactive, tech savvy, highly organised with a focus on exceptional service. Our market-leading commission structure rewards high performance, with base salary plus commissions and opportunities to sell across Queensland.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, ideally in residential construction, property, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage high volume of sales and appointments.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with prospective customers, set appointments, and deliver face-to-face presentations.
• Be accountable for achievement of sales budgets and conversion of leads into sales.
• Liaise with internal staff to reach desired outcomes for customers.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure displays are open and presented to high standards.
• Track and manage all associated leads.
• Work with Regional Sales Manager to tailor client solutions.
