Job summary

Henley Properties Group is seeking a New Home Associate for the Shoreline Display in Redland Bay. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday and offers structured training, mentoring, and hands-on experience across sales, design, customer service, and operations.

You will guide clients through the home-building journey, build product knowledge, and support with quotes and documentation while maintaining polished display home presentations. Weekend and public holiday work is required.

• Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Learn to guide clients through the home-building process from initial enquiry to partnership with head office.
• Develop product knowledge across home designs, inclusions and land options.
• Assist in preparing quotes and sales documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, developers and internal teams.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation in display homes and client interactions.
