Burbank in Sydney is seeking a Weekday New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in South West Sydney (Oran Park). This full-time, permanent role offers a base salary of 70k plus super and a competitive commission structure, with OTE well over 350k.

The position requires weekend availability and involves identifying customer needs, understanding building requirements, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in new home sales.
• Thorough understanding of current residential market trends.
• Sound knowledge of H&L, KDR & duplex.
• Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales.
• Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans.
• Ability to build great relationships.
• Good knowledge of IT systems and processes.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identifying customer’s needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build their dream home
• Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for
• Generating and following up leads to convert to sales
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Developing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents
• Consistent market research providing an understanding of housing industry
