CAPSTONE RECRUITMENT ASIA PACIFIC is partnering with a growing residential developer to recruit a high-performing closer to own the end-to-end sales journey for new home, townhome and house-and-land packages from enquiry to contract execution.

The role is based at the Head Office in Melbourne in a high-volume, target-driven environment with a strong pipeline, warm leads and a clear path for long-term progression.

Qualifications

• Proven record of success in volume new home sales (retail B2C).
• Consultative selling approach that builds trust and shortens the path to a decision.
• Commercial acumen with negotiation and closing skills.
• Polished presence with buyers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Qualify buyers and present packages to match needs and budget.
• Negotiate and close through to contract, with a smooth process.
• Maintain CRM discipline and provide clear pipeline visibility.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Share market and competitor insights with leadership.
