Job summary

Metricon in Warragul is seeking a customer-focused New Home Advisor to be the go-to expert in Gippsland. This full-time role operates Saturday to Wednesday at our Warragul display home, presenting Lucent 27 (Escape facade) from the Freedom Range and guiding visitors through the home-building journey.

You will qualify leads, manage walk-ins and remote inquiries, balance budgets and timelines, and build networks with land agents and developers.

We require a customer focused New Home Advisor to hit the ground running and be the go to expert in the Gippsland. Full time role, Saturday to Wednesday

Based in our beautifully presented Warragul display home, show off our class-leading design and our quality product to any customer that walks in the door and enjoy talking all things new homes! On display is our Lucent 27 (Escape facade) from our prestigious Freedom Range of homes.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home from enquiry to contract
• Managing both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumes
• Delivering standout customer service by balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customers
• Building strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partners
• Managing the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean, complete and timely; and
• Taking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the region.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in new home sales, real estate, property to sell to KDRB, Home & Land & Acreage Customers
• A motivated and results driven sales professional
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Confident building relationships and generating referrals
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A strong communicator who can connect with a broad range of customers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently; and
• Available to work weekends, public holidays as part of a Saturday to Wednesday roster.
