Job summary

Metricon Homes in Warragul is seeking a customer focused New Home Advisor to hit the ground running and become the go to expert in Gippsland. This full time role (Saturday to Wednesday) is based in our Warragul display home, showcasing Lucent 27 (Escape facade) from the Freedom Range.

You will qualify leads, guide clients from enquiry to contract, manage walk-in and remote enquiries, and balance budget, lifestyle and timelines while building strong local networks. Weekend work is a must.

Qualifications

• Experience in new home sales, real estate, property to sell to KDRB, Home & Land & Acreage Customers.
• A motivated and results driven sales professional.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Confident building relationships and generating referrals.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• A strong communicator who can connect with a broad range of customers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Available to work weekends, public holidays as part of a Saturday to Wednesday roster.

Responsibilities

• Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home from enquiry to contract.
• Managing both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumes.
• Delivering standout customer service by balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customers.
• Building strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partners.
• Managing the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean, complete and timely; and
• Taking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the region.
