Job summary

Physio Inq Pty offers a supportive start for new graduates, with structured onboarding, supervision, and a clear path to independent practice. You’ll shadow senior clinicians, build confidence with 1:1s with a Team Leader, and access a PD library and budget to foster growth.

Expect to begin with guided client exposure, choosing paeds, adults, or mixed cases, while gradually increasing to independent practice. Enjoy a collaborative team culture and regular catch-ups to balance your diary.

Qualifications

• New graduates are supported every step of the way.
• Shadow your senior before seeing any clients of your own.
• Structured onboarding with admin and orientation.
• Senior clinicians shadow all initial appointments for extra support.
• Weekly 1:1s with a clinically aligned Team Leader.
• Monthly case reviews + internal PD Academy + video library.
• $1000 external PD budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide client care under supervision with guidance from seniors.
• Document sessions, notes, and reporting; all billable activities are supported by the team.
• Collaborate with MDT clinicians to coordinate care and ensure continuity for clients.
