Job summary

Physio Inq Pty is a national, community-based allied health provider welcoming new graduates. You’ll start with structured onboarding, supervision, and shadowing senior clinicians before seeing clients of your own.

The role offers MDT cross-discipline exposure, weekly 1:1s with a Team Leader, and a clear progression path toward independent practice within 4–6 months. You’ll operate in a supportive team that values balance, with admin days built in and billable activities including travel,

Qualifications

• New graduates receive structured onboarding and supervision.
• Shadowing senior clinicians before starting client appointments.
• Weekly 1:1s with a clinically aligned Team Leader.
• MDT practice shadowing across disciplines.
• All referrals and tasks are supported by seniors and TL.
• Structured progression to independent practice over 4–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Shadow senior clinicians during initial appointments.
• Provide client care under supervision and guidance.
• Engage in MDT practice shadowing.
• Complete admin tasks, notes and reporting.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment.
