Job summary

Physio Inq is seeking a New Graduate Occupational Therapist in Perth for a full-time, permanent entry-level position. You’ll benefit from a structured onboarding, supervision, and gradual exposure to clients with senior support.

You’ll start with what you’re comfortable with—paediatric, adult, or mixed caseload—while building confidence and learning to manage travel, reporting, and notes within a collaborative MDT framework.

Qualifications

• I’m excited about NDIS and community work.
• I’m curious, willing to learn, and ready to ask questions.
• I value supervision, structure, and connection, and want autonomy with a safety net.

Responsibilities

• Structured onboarding with admin and orientation, shadowing a senior before seeing clients.
• Work with 4 clients per day on average, building confidence gradually.
• Senior clinicians will shadow initial appointments for extra support and all activities are billable.
