Job summary

Physio Inq Pty offers a supportive start for new graduates, with structured onboarding, supervision, and a clear path to independent practice. You’ll shadow senior clinicians, build confidence with 1:1s with a Team Leader, and access a PD library and budget to foster growth.

Expect to begin with guided client exposure, choosing paeds, adults, or mixed cases, while gradually increasing to independent practice. Enjoy a collaborative team culture and regular catch-ups to balance your diary.

Responsibilities

• Provide client care under supervision with guidance from seniors.

• Collaborate with MDT clinicians to coordinate care and ensure continuity for clients.
