Physio Inq is seeking an Occupational Therapist for new graduates to join our Adelaide-based team. You will be guided through a structured onboarding and shadowing period before handling your own cases with senior support. The role emphasizes community practice and balanced caseload management.

You will benefit from supervision, a dedicated Team Leader, and access to an internal PD budget as you grow toward independent practice. Flexible scheduling and a clear pathway to progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Interest in community-based practice and NDIs.
• Willingness to learn and be supervised.

Responsabilités

• Participate in structured onboarding and orientation.
• Shadow senior clinicians during initial appointments.
• Work with MDT team to support client care.
• Maintain documentation, travel, and notes with supervision.
• Engage in ongoing professional development via internal PD Academy.
