Job summary

Physio Inq is a national community-based allied health provider supporting new graduates in speech pathology with structured onboarding, supervision, and clear progression. You’ll start with supervision and shadow senior clinicians before handling clients, with MDT collaboration and ongoing professional development.

We offer hands-on client exposure, a 4–6 month pathway to independence, and a supportive team environment in Brisbane.

Qualifications

• New graduates are supported every step of the way
• 1-2 weeks structured onboarding with admin and orientation
• Shadow your senior before seeing any clients of your own
• Senior clinicians shadow all initial appointments for extra support
• Weekly 1:1s with a clinically aligned Team Leader
• Monthly case reviews and internal PD Academy with video library

Responsibilities

• Work with clients under supervision as you build confidence
• Shadow senior clinicians during initial appointments
• Handle travel, calls, reporting and notes with supervision and guidance
• Engage in MDT practice with cross-discipline shadowing
• Be part of structured progression to independent practice over the first 4–6 months
