Northcott Therapy is seeking a new graduate Occupational Therapist to join our supportive multidisciplinary team in Queensland. You’ll deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adults, aiming to improve independence and quality of life.

A structured 3-month onboarding, weekly supervision, and peer mentoring will support your growth from day one. You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians, with access to a broader clinical services team across NSW, QLD & ACT, and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA eligibility.
• Person-centred, evidence-based approach to therapy.
• Strong relationship-building with clients, families, and teams.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn and collaborate.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adults in a multidisciplinary team.
