Mandoe Media is seeking a hands-on Business Development Manager to drive new business in Australia. Focus is outbound prospecting, booking appointments, and closing deals with small to medium businesses.

Training, systems, and marketing support are provided, but success hinges on activity, attitude and consistency. You will prospect, engage decision-makers, set appointments via phone, video, and in-person meetings, and push leads through the CRM while aiming for weekly and monthly targets in a

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years sales experience (B2B or B2C).
• Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
• Motivation to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners.
• Good organisation and time management.
• Understanding of how small businesses operate (preferred, not essential).

Responsibilities
