Job summary

Evans Petersen Healthcare is seeking a medical device sales professional to lead a neurosurgery portfolio across NSW South and ACT. You will engage surgeons, theatre staff and clinical stakeholders to drive growth within hospitals, delivering education and evaluations for premium consumables, implants and capital equipment.

Qualifications

• Medical device sales experience within hospitals or surgical environments (essential).
• Confidence working with surgeons, theatre staff and clinical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-driven and team-oriented approach.
• Commercial drive and a genuine interest in learning.
• Experience in neurosurgery advantageous but not essential.
• Or you maybe an ex-theatre nurse with some time as a clinical specialist or in pharmaceutical sales ready to move into med device sales.

The Role

About You

You are a motivated and relationship-focused medical device sales professional who enjoys technically specialised products and working within hospital environments.

You will bring:

• A proactive, self-driven and team-oriented approach

Package

• Base salary in line with experience
• $20K car allowance + tolls
• Bonus opportunity approx. $40K OTE (multiplier uncapped)
• Additional employee benefits and extra leave days
