Job summary

North Shore Private Hospital – St Leonards Park NSW is seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator of Neurosurgery to lead the Theatre Department and support staff in delivering high-quality patient care in line with best practice.

The successful candidate will bring Neurosurgery nursing expertise, senior management experience, AHPRA registration, and proven skills in rostering, recruitment and resource planning. This is a permanent, full-time role within Ramsay Health Care.

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA and nursing qualifications required.
• Minimum five years’ post-graduate nursing experience.
• Experience as a senior nurse or manager in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Neurosurgery in Theatre and support Nurse Unit Managers.
• Lead clinical staff to deliver patient care in line with best practice.
• Plan and manage resources including recruitment, rostering and performance.
