AbbVie Brisbane is seeking a commercially focused Account Manager, Neuroscience to own a busy territory and build partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. You will drive sales, develop strategic plans and engage with hospitals, doctors and advocacy groups to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making and the ability to manage multiple brands and indications while navigating complex stakeholder networks.

Qualifications

• Proven strategic account management, sales and customer engagement skills.
• Strong knowledge of the public and private hospital environment and pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience within the Hospital setting and ability to leverage KOL relationships.
• Effective stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration, including working with MSLs, medical teams and peers.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and ability to use data and business tools for account planning.

Responsabilités

• Deliver sales performance and meet or exceed key goals across assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximise access and sales opportunities.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value with health providers and maintain disease state experts.
• Report adverse events within 24 hours according to AbbVie policy.
• Collaborate across Commercial and Medical teams to achieve shared objectives.
