Job summary

Novartis Pharmaceuticals Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Account Manager to support the Spinal Muscular Atrophy portfolio within Neuroscience. You will engage with specialist healthcare professionals and neuromuscular accounts, driving compliant customer engagement and demand generation across face-to-face and digital channels.

You will work with cross-functional teams to map patient journeys, build account plans, and navigate referral networks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare sales.
• Strong account management capability with insight-led planning.
• Ability to understand complex patient journeys and multidisciplinary care environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise opportunities within accounts using insights from patient journeys and referral pathways.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority neuromuscular centres and institutions.
• Build understanding of regional referral networks and account needs to enable compliant engagement.
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and timely completion of administrative requirements.
