Job summary

AbbVie in Brisbane is seeking an Account Manager, Neuroscience (aPD) to own your territory, build meaningful partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, and improve patient outcomes for complex neurological conditions.

You will manage key accounts, use insights to identify opportunities, and apply strategic thinking to drive sales performance, while upholding AbbVie's compliance and WHS policies in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing, science or business.
• Experience in hospital environment and pharma industry.
• Proven strategic account management and sales skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Experience with neurologists/geriatrics preferred.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven planning.
• Cross-functional collaboration with MSLs, medical teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance against targets and marketing objectives.
• Develop call plans to maximise access and sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with key accounts and healthcare networks.
• Coordinate across brands/indications per strategy.
• Report adverse events within 24 hours.
• Adhere to compliance and WHS policies.
• Support flexible collaboration across global teams.
