Morgana Walker Psychology in Melbourne seeks a friendly, detail‑oriented admin assistant to support daily practice operations and the Neurodivergent Parent Academy. You will welcome clients, manage bookings, handle calls and emails, and help keep both businesses running smoothly.

Working closely with Morgana, you will ensure a warm reception, coordinate calendars across two entities, assist with content updates on WordPress and Mailchimp, and provide confidential admin support.

• Experience with Halaxy for appointments and billing.
• Experience with Xero for invoicing and reconciliation.
• Experience with Mailchimp for campaigns and automations.
• Experience with WordPress for content updates and page edits.
• Reception or admin experience in allied health.
• Experience scheduling for a Director or senior clinician.
• Warm, calm, and well-organised with good communication.

This is a varied, fast-paced role supporting both the day-to-day running of Morgana Walker Psychology practice and the Neurodivergent Parent Academy's growing digital operations. You will work closely with Morgana (Director & Principal Psychologist) to ensure the practice runs smoothly, reception is welcoming and efficient, and the Academy continues to grow.

Key responsibilities

Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism

About you

Experience with Halaxy (appointments, billing, client management)
