Job summary

Westpac is recruiting a Software Engineering Specialist (.NET) to work on the BizEdge platform, delivering modern lending capabilities and integrating with target applications. You will operate within a complex legacy environment, driving enhancements and secure API design while supporting the BizEdge Integration Project.

The role is a permanent position based in Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast with a hybrid working model, offering collaboration in-office and flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Experience with legacy enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, and Web API.
• Solid OO principles and design practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot across complex, interconnected systems.

Responsibilities

• Enhance, integrate and modernise legacy lending systems.
• Contribute to BizEdge Integration Project connecting BizEdge with Target Lending Applications.
• Design, develop and support solutions for Westpac's Business Lending tech.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and delivery teams.
