Qualifications

Extensive software engineering experience building enterprise applications using .NET, REST APIs and microservices.
Strong cloud engineering capability and experience delivering on AWS.
Experience developing modern web applications using front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development and delivery of scalable, secure and reliable software solutions.
Drive technical excellence through solution design, architecture decisions and engineering best practice.
Mentor and coach engineers, helping to build a strong engineering culture and capability across the team.
Partner with Product Owners, Crew Tech Leads and stakeholders to balance customer outcomes, technology strategy and delivery priorities.
Champion DevSecOps, full-cycle ownership and automation across the software development lifecycle.
