Job summary

Burger Urge is seeking a Local Area Marketing & Retail Coordinator to turn national campaigns into street-by-street success across Brisbane restaurants. You’ll collaborate with Franchise Partners, Restaurant Managers and the Support Office to grow local awareness and drive traffic.

You’ll own local execution, manage campaigns and partnerships, and measure ROI to scale effective initiatives across the network. This role blends office work with on-site restaurant visits and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Local Area Marketing, retail marketing, hospitality or multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of driving local campaigns and partnerships.
• Ability to translate data into practical local actions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute local campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and events.
• Be the primary marketing contact for restaurants, supporting franchisees and managers.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to drive traffic and revenue.
• Coordinate in-restaurant activations and collateral to ensure on-brand execution.
• Build relationships with shopping centres, schools, clubs and local organisations.
• Visit restaurants to assess local trade areas and ensure campaigns are executed well.
• Manage requests, timelines and suppliers through ClickUp from brief to delivery.
• Track campaign performance and ROI to scale successful initiatives.
