Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff members.
• Create and maintain employee schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate food and beverage preparation and service.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and presentation at all times.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
