Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a management or supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to train people regularly to ensure standards stay high.
