Burger Urge is seeking a Local Area Marketing & Retail Coordinator to translate national campaigns into local street-level impact, collaborating with Franchise Partners, Restaurant Managers and Support Office to boost local awareness, drive traffic and grow sales.

You’ll own local execution, plan campaigns, partnerships and openings, act as the main marketing contact, analyse data to identify opportunities, and coordinate collateral and activations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Local Area Marketing and retail marketing within hospitality or QSR environments.
• Ability to translate data insights into practical actions for campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management with franchise partners and restaurant managers.
• Excellent organisation and project management skills.
• Willingness to visit restaurants and local communities for campaigns.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute local campaigns, promotions, events and openings.
• Serve as the main marketing contact for restaurants and partners.
• Use sales data and local trends to increase traffic and revenue.
• Coordinate retail collateral and in-restaurant activations; ensure timely delivery.
• Build relationships with shopping centres, schools, clubs and local businesses.
• Visit restaurants to assess local trade areas and opportunities.
• Manage LAM requests and timelines using ClickUp.
• Measure campaign performance and ROI; share learnings.
