Job summary

East Arnhem Regional Council (EARC) is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator based in Darwin. The role focuses on helping participants understand and implement NDIS plans, connecting them with services, and ensuring compliance with practice standards.

You will liaise with participants, families and stakeholders to support independence and wellbeing in remote communities. Key duties include plan creation and management, coordinating with healthcare professionals, audit-ready

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in NDIS Support Coordination.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of NDIS price guides and relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and monitor participant plans and budgets in portals and databases.
• Coordinate with NDIS stakeholders, service providers and health professionals.
• Prepare audit-ready documentation and support quality improvement activities.
• Manage plan utilization, pricing, billing and CoS logs to meet compliance.
