Qualifications
Experience working in remote Aboriginal communities is desirable.
NT Driver’s Licence and ability to travel to remote homelands required.
Ochre Card (Working with Children), NDIS Worker Screening, and Police Check needed.
Responsibilities
Support participants to understand and use their NDIS plan.
Manage complex cases with multiple service providers.
Address challenges to help participants reach their goals.
Skills
Respect and understanding of Yolŋu culture
Good communication skills
Experience with person-centred budgeting
Education
Qualifications in disability, health, or social work
