Job summary

Blue Bay Support Coordination is seeking experienced NDIS Support Coordinators to join as independent contractors in Brisbane, Melbourne and Newcastle. Flexible hours and remote work with some local travel are available; a smaller caseload supports quality service.

Experience in NDIS support coordination is essential, with relevant qualifications and a values-aligned approach. You will operate under Blue Bay’s registration as a subcontractor with mentorship and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Previous NDIS Support Coordination and sector experience (disability/mental health/community services).
• Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology, teaching, allied health, community services, or related field; Min Certificate IV.
• Independent contractor requirements: ABN and insurances (professional indemnity/public liability).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Participant Supports to help participants understand and implement NDIS plans.
• Build participants' capacity by connecting services and resources.
• Liaise with families, providers, NDIA, and stakeholders to arrange and deliver services.
• Monitor progress and maintain documentation per NDIS requirements and Blue Bay policies.
• Ensure continuity of care and consistent, high-quality support.
