Job summary

Wellspace Australia is seeking experienced NDIS Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches for a flexible, Australia-wide role. We offer strong systems, leadership support and a fully remote model across Australia.

You will work to deliver quality participant outcomes with autonomy, supported by established templates, governance and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Support Coordination or related roles within the disability sector.
• Strong understanding of the NDIS and the ability to navigate complex participant situations.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant roles.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check desirable.
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supports for participants across Australia.
• Manage caseloads with flexibility and autonomy.
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders and provide high-quality participant outcomes.
• Utilise established systems, templates and compliance support.
