Selectability in Mackay is seeking a Support Coordinator to help participants navigate the NDIS and maximise their plans. You will coordinate services, engage with government, community and clinical providers, and empower people to lead independent, meaningful lives in the community.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork and a willingness to engage diverse communities. It is a casual position based in Mackay with flexibility and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of NDIS (desirable).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to best practice.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Ability to quickly engage recipients and work with diverse communities.

• Coordinate services for participants to support meaningful lives in the community.
• Engage with and manage stakeholders to avoid duplication of supports.
