Job summary

selectability is seeking a casual Support Coordinator in Cairns, QLD to help participants navigate their NDIS packages and optimise supports. You will coordinate services, engage with government agencies and families, and empower recipients to live meaningful lives within the community.

To succeed, you should have strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to best practice, plus a working knowledge of the NDIS. A vehicle, driver's license, and First Aid/CPR are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the NDIS is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to best practice.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Ability to engage recipients quickly and effectively.
• Ability to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individuals.
