As a Support Coordinator, you will support neurodivergent NDIS participants to understand, implement and maximise their NDIS plans while building their capacity, independence and confidence. Working alongside our Senior Support Coordinator and leadership team, you'll help participants connect with services, build meaningful support networks, overcome barriers, and achieve their goals.
