Job summary

Central Coast Compassionate Care is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our NDIS operations, service delivery, workforce and compliance functions on the Central Coast. This senior role requires strong NDIS knowledge and hands-on leadership to support participants and staff within a cohesive team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director to ensure services are delivered safely, effectively and in line with participant needs and NDIS Practice Standards, while

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ management experience within an NDIS provider in service management, operations or compliance.
• Strong understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct.
• Experience leading staff within disability/community services.
• Knowledge of participant documentation, risk management and safeguarding.
• Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and workforce requirements.
• Experience preparing an NDIS provider for registration or certification audits.
• Qualifications in Community Services, Disability, Human Services or related field would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of NDIS services and service delivery.
• Provide operational leadership to staff and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain audit-ready participant files and documentation.
• Oversee rostering, workforce capacity and service continuity.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, supervision and performance management.
• Monitor staff training and workforce compliance.
• Manage service delivery issues and stakeholder concerns.
• Build relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and allied health professionals.
